2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on navi88. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact navi88 support immediately.
2.4 Personal Use Only. navi88 accounts are for personal, recreational use only. Use of the Platform for commercial purposes, syndicated betting, or any form of systematic exploitation is prohibited.
3.1 Registration Process. 3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must notify navi88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). navi88 may, at its discretion and at any time, require you to complete identity verification procedures. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by navi88 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed.
3.5 Account Closure Request. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals must be settled. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 5 minutes for standard KYC-verified accounts. 4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering control. navi88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
4.6 Unclaimed Balances. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. navi88 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Member before any administrative fee is applied to a dormant account. Members may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. navi88 offers a range of promotional incentives including, but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin awards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, and to the general conditions set out in this Clause.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in the individual promotion description. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are not withdrawable until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirement completion. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live casino table games, sportsbook bets, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) wagers may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified in the individual promotion terms. 5.4 Bonus Abuse. navi88 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: staking opposite sides of the same outcome across multiple accounts, exploiting promotions in a systematic non-recreational manner, or withdrawing funds immediately following bonus activation without genuine gameplay intent. Detection of bonus abuse may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may constitute grounds for account suspension under Clause 12.
5.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the specific promotion explicitly permits stacking, only one bonus offer may be active in a Member's Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a prior bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
5.6 navi88 Right to Modify. navi88 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without advance notice. Modifications will not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and actively in use by a Member, except where abuse is detected.
6.1 Game Integrity. 6.3 Disconnection Policy. Game histories are logged and are available in your Account history. Disputes regarding disconnection outcomes must be raised with support within 72 hours of the relevant game session.
6.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game or system malfunction that affects the outcome or integrity of a wager, navi88 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Member's Account. navi88's decision in such cases is final.

11.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, navi88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless navi88 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; or (c) your use of the Platform in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
12.1 By navi88. navi88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member Account, with or without prior notice, where navi88 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Member has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the Member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct; (c) continuation of the Account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to navi88; or (d) navi88 is required to act by applicable law or a regulatory instruction.
12.2 Consequence of Termination for Breach. Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, navi88 reserves the right to void all pending and unsettled bets, forfeit all Bonus Funds, and withhold Real-Money Funds pending an investigation. Where no fraud or breach is found following investigation, undisputed Real-Money Funds will be returned to the Member.
12.3 Voluntary Closure. Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support. Settled Real-Money Funds remaining in the Account at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded via the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and the laws of the jurisdiction in which navi88 holds its operating license. To the extent that local consumer protection laws in Indonesia confer rights on Members that cannot be contractually waived, those rights remain unaffected by this Agreement.
